I’m Zoey. I’m a UX Designer with 3 years of working in the B2C industry. Currently, I working at Commerce Garage in Toronto. Develop UI/UX wireframes, mockups, design patterns, flows, and interactive prototypes which is my major tasks as a UX designer.
I enjoy to collaborate with stakeholders and team members to create great designs that solve a real problem. I enjoy being a UX designer because I love to hear and understanding the client’s objectives and their pain point then I can work with developers to ship high quality, delightful solutions for them.
During my time as a UI/UX designer, I developed my professional skills that able to transfer from my creative thinking to emotional communication via using typography, color, and images to bring out a sense of joy. With two years of professional work experience as a UX designer, it gives me a chance to listens to clients’ feedback and generate insights to improve my design. I learned client-focused is always a strong contributor to overall success.
Why UX? I always enjoyed engaging with both creative and problem-solving. UX Design was the perfect combination of mixing both.
My desire to ensure all of my works are able to answers the user’s essential needs, and this will never be changed in my mind. I intend to leverage my prior experience as a UX designer to bring a level of empathy and attention to detail that’s critical to making intuitive user experience.
